Attorney in Real Estate/Business

Hocker Law, LLC is seeking a skilled attorney with experience in Real Estate and Business Law to join our growing team. This role involves assisting clients with real estate transactions, including property purchases, closings, and contracts; addressing title issues, land sale contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, tax sale deeds, sheriff’s sales, and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transactions; and advising on business law matters such as entity formation, contract drafting, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to draft and review real estate documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with clients’ goals.
